Shipping & Returns
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, excluding sale periods. Orders placed over weekends will be shipped the following week. We deliver throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy, however deliveries to outlying areas may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of R90 for door-to-door courier delivery, with complimentary shipping for orders over R1000. Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days for main lying areas and 3 to 5 business days for outlying areas.
Please ensure that you provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to receive your parcel between 8am and 5pm. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays, and orders dispatched on Fridays will only be delivered on the next business day, excluding public holidays.

Returns Policy
Please note that we are unable to refund, cancel, or accept returns on any products purchased on sale.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them, and they must also be in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be for your own account. Once your return has been received, we will either issue a store credit or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately upon receipt or within 10 days of delivery at hello@aeriskin.co.za so that we can assist you. If you receive incorrect items in your order, you must also contact us within 10 days of receiving them so that we can resolve the issue.
For non-damaged items, we do not offer cash refunds and will instead issue a store credit.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction after use, or allergic reactions to products. This is in accordance with South African Public Health regulations governing personal care products and the Consumer Protection Act. As skin sensitivities vary from person to person, we encourage customers to carefully review ingredient lists before purchasing and to make use of travel sizes where possible if they are prone to reactions.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we can offer either a store credit or a refund, however PayFast processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount. You may return products within 10 days of purchase provided they meet our return conditions.
For hygiene reasons, all return items must be unused and unopened, and they must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A 3.85% processing fee will also be deducted from any refunded amount. Any reward points earned on the order being returned will be forfeited, and refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and approved.
We do not accept returns on used or opened skincare, makeup, or beauty accessories for hygiene reasons, and we strongly recommend patch testing all products before use and discontinuing use immediately if any irritation occurs.
If you contact us regarding a return, we will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
